ATB-Across The Bible - Portugal

The project was first suggested by Denmark in 2003 through the European Schoolnet. Portugal was one of the European countries involved. After 2 years of cooperation, an online gallery on central narratives of the Bible became available.In 2005 ATB across Europe progressed to an eTwinning format till 2008,involving over six countries. ATB Portugal has since included contributions of students from Kindergarten to Secondary Schools and also reports on celebration events. acrossbiblept@gmail.com

APPI HOUSE ON THE ROCK and on sand - CASA SOBRE A ROCHA e sobre terreno arenoso

The 23rd APPI - Portuguese Association of Teachers of English - Conference took place in Lisbon from 30th April to the 2nd May 2009. A 23ª Conferência da APPI - Associação Portuguesa de professores de Inglês - teve lugar em Lisboa de 30 de Abil a 2 de Maio. A most informative conference, as usual with various topics made available to the Teachers. Uma conferência cheia de informação com uma diversidade de tópicos à disposição dos Professores. One of the sessions was on HOUSE BUILT ON ROCK OR ON SAND? Uma das apresentações versou o tema CASA CONSTRUÍDA SOBRE ROCHA OU EM AREIA? Here are a few illustrations done in a few minutes by Teachers present in this session and the photo of a group of particularly friendly teachers. Aqui ficam algumas ilustrações feitas em minutos por alguns Professores presentes e a fotografia de um grupo particularmente simpático.

The Rock that makes man stand is ultimately God's presence in his life.
