The 23rd APPI - Portuguese Association of Teachers of English - Conference took place in Lisbon from 30th April to the 2nd May 2009. A 23ª Conferência da APPI - Associação Portuguesa de professores de Inglês - teve lugar em Lisboa de 30 de Abil a 2 de Maio.
