Cain and Abel: A GIFT TO GOD with different heart attitudes

Both knew that God is Creator and Giver of all good things.
But Cain offered something from the land, because he was supposed to bow before God, in reverence.
Abel came to God with his heart full of gratitude and offered the fattest parts of his flock.
One offered out of obligation; the other, Abel, out of genuine love.
God noticed that and was pleased with Abel. Noticing jealousy in Cain, God warned him:
SIN LIES AT YOUR DOOR ( of your mind and heart ). If you do not control it, it will control you.
God let Cain know that he had the possibility to choose to do the right thing and not the wrong one.
When murdering his brother Abel, Cain was exercising his free will, the wrong way.
There are CHOICES to make, we are to decide for the right one.

THE GOOD SAMARITAN: Luke 10:25-37 - O BOM SAMARITANO: Lucas 10: 25-37

Unexpectedly help to the helpless victim of violent assault came from whom it was not expected to come.Those who would supposedly be able to provide it, were not available for some reason... lack of time, lack of interest, suspicion, fear...?

The Good Samaritan ( a type of Jesus ) helped the man giving his time, care, money, concern... He was the victim´s neighbour. He became THE ONE NEAR.

Inesperadamente a ajuda à vitima de violento assalto veio de alguém que não se esperava que a desse. Os que supostamente estariam mais inclinados a dá-la, não estavam disponíveis para a prestar... por falta de interesse, por desinteresse, desconfiança, por medo...?

O Bom Samaritano ( uma figura de Jesus ) ajudou oa vítima dando-lhe o seu tempo, o seu cuidado, dinheiro, atenção. Ele foi o próximo da vítima. Tornou-se O QUE ESTÁ AO LADO.

A Parábola da Casa sobre a Rocha e da Casa sobre a Areia desenhada pelos mais pequeninos, as crianças da Pré-Primária. And a poster with the well known song: He's got the whole wide world in His Hands. E um grande cartaz com texto da conhecida canção: Jesus tem o Mundo nas Suas Mãos.
